We accept orders through any of the following methods:

  Use the "View Cart" button to review your order, adjust quantities, or delete items.
  Order online using the secure server, or print the order form to mail or fax to us, or to use as reference for telephone orders.
  If paying by check, complete and print the online order form, then mail your order and check.
  For offline ordering with credit card, complete and print the online form, then mail or fax your order and credit card information.

Shipping (The following shipping charges may apply.)

• Free UPS Ground shipping to the contiguous 48 states on all orders over $60.
• Shipping charges of $6.95 per order (UPS Ground) will be added to orders totaling less than $60.

Payment

• Orders paid by credit card ship immediately. Orders paid by check or money order are shipped upon receipt of funds. Sorry, but we can't accept C.O.D. orders.
  Florida Residents and Shipments within Florida:
• We are required to collect 6.5% sales tax on orders from or delivered within the State of Florida.
  No other orders will be charged sales tax.

Product Warranties

• Products come with a manufacturer's warranty. No other warranties are expressed or implied. For warranty service, you must contact the manufacturer's authorized warranty service station closest to you. This information is available either with the material shipped with the product, or from the manufacturer directly.

Returns

• Any product may be returned within 30 days of purchase, provided it is in saleable condition with all of the original packing materials and instruction manuals. All returned products are subject to a 10% restocking fee. Please call 1-877-883-8778 for a Return Authorization Number and instructions. Please Note: Do not accept your shipment if the package shows sign of damage.
